Founded in 2024, Croudium was born from a simple observation: while real estate has been one of the best wealth-building vehicles in Indonesia, it remained out of reach for most people due to high capital requirements.
We set out to change that. By leveraging technology and the power of crowdfunding, we've created a platform where anyone can participate in premium property investments with as little as Rp 500,000.
